What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made via:
- Credit and prepaid cards
- Bank wire
- Cash on delivery (only in Italy)
Can I pay for my purchase in installments?
Yes, you can make your purchase through PyPal and pay in 3 interest-free installments.
After confirming your purchase details, you’ll need to log into your PyPal account to complete the payment. If you don't have one, you can create it directly from the PyPal login page.
Why was my card declined?
Your credit card can be rejected for the following reasons:
- The data requested for payment don’t coincide with those of your card: check that you have provided us with all the correct information.
- You haven’t activated the authentication service in accordance with the PSD2: some payment circuits to protect you from online fraud, require an additional security code to confirm the payment. The code is provided by your bank.
- The credit card has expired;
- You have reached the credit limit of the card;
- If you use a prepaid card, check the availability of funds.
Can I pay with my credit card in complete security?
The payment data are transmitted using an encrypted method thanks to the SSL protocol to protect them from any attempt at decoding and counterfeiting.
What are the shipping times and costs?
Shipping costs depend on the country of the order’s recipient and are calculated at checkout. Delivery will be made within 5 working days of delivery to the courier.
We inform you that during the sales period, deliveries may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Are there customs duties?
Customs duties are foreseen only in case of direct shipments to non-European countries.
The recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs and local taxes in the country to which the shipment is made.
What are the procedures and times for returns and refunds?
If you're not satisfied with an item purchased, you have 14 days from receipt of the order to request a refund for free. To receive a full refund, returned items must arrive in the same condition in which they were received. We don't accept the return of products that are worn, damaged or lacking accessories, labels and original packaging.
To start the return procedure, access the personal area of your account, go to the “Order history and details” section and click on “Details".
Select the product/s you wish to return and finally click on the “Ask for a refund" button.
Once the procedure has been completed, you can check the status of the return by logging into your account’s personal area and clicking on “Merchandise returns".
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as we have authorized the refund.
If you wish to change the size of a purchased article, carry out the return procedure and place a new order.
