Can I pay for my purchase in installments?
Yes, you can make your purchase through PyPal and pay in 3 interest-free installments.
After confirming your purchase details, you’ll need to log into your PyPal account to complete the payment. If you don't have one, you can create it directly from the PyPal login page.


Why was my card declined?
Your credit card can be rejected for the following reasons:
- The data requested for payment don’t coincide with those of your card: check that you have provided us with all the correct information.
- You haven’t activated the authentication service in accordance with the PSD2: some payment circuits to protect you from online fraud, require an additional security code to confirm the payment. The code is provided by your bank.
- The credit card has expired;
- You have reached the credit limit of the card;
- If you use a prepaid card, check the availability of funds.


Can I pay with my credit card in complete security?
The payment data are transmitted using an encrypted method thanks to the SSL protocol to protect them from any attempt at decoding and counterfeiting.

What are the shipping times and costs?

Shipping costs depend on the country of the order’s recipient and are calculated at checkout. Delivery will be made within 5 working days of delivery to the courier.

Are there customs duties?

Customs duties are foreseen only in case of direct shipments to non-European countries.
The recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs and local taxes in the country to which the shipment is made. 

What are the methods and timeframes for returns and refunds?

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To obtain a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, complete with all accessories, tags, and original packaging.

From 19 June 2026, in accordance with the new Article 54-bis of the Consumer Code, introduced in implementation of EU Directive 2023/2673, requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be submitted using one of the procedures available on the website.

You can request a return in one of the following ways:

1. by accessing your Personal Area, selecting Order History, choosing the relevant order, clicking Details, and then Request a refund;
2. by using the Withdraw from the contract link available in the Terms and Conditions section in the website footer.

Requests submitted through any other method, including those sent directly by email, cannot be processed as requests to exercise the right of withdrawal.

You can monitor the status of your request in the Returns section of your account.

Once your return has been approved and the returned item has been verified for compliance, the refund will be issued using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been authorised.
