All Fornarina shoes are made with high quality materials in full compliance with international quality standards.

Any nuances, treatments and irregularities of the leathers should be considered intrinsic characteristics of the product. It’s therefore advisable to pay attention to the use and maintenance of the shoes.

Fornarina doesn’t recommend washing shoes with detergents that can alter or damage their appearance.
If wet, dry the shoes away from direct heat sources, preferring a room temperature drying.

Upon receipt of the confirmation email, the order will be processed within 2/3 working days, subject to notification of payment.
Delivery times are estimated considering only working days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
For shipments to the European countries, delivery may take several days.

Shipping costs and times for orders to European countries are processed at checkout.

You’ll be able to monitor the status of your shipment through the tracking number that will be communicated to you upon shipment notification.
Once the order has been placed, we aren’t able to change or modify the shipping address.

You can return the purchased item for free for whatever reason within 14 days of delivery of the order, by following the return procedure.

To receive a full refund or an exchange product, the goods must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was received: it must not have been worn or damaged in any way and must be complete with all accessories, tags and original packaging.
