You can decide to ask for a refund of the value of the goods, or make a change. Please comunicate your choise to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you want to make a change, you could pay the shipping costs.
If you want a refund, we will make the refund in the same way of payment you use to make the order.
No refunds are possible for products received in conditions not complying with the return terms. You can return the items in the same or other closed packaging. You can put inside the invoice and please write on the packaging the address of the sender and the recipient.
If the product purchased has any defects or it’s different from that you’ve bought, Fornarina.com will be fully responsible for the return. You must contact our Customer Service and they will issue authorisation for the Return Service and organise a carrier to pick up the products at the address you indicate at no extra cost. Once the goods have been returned to the warehouse, their conditions will be checked and the refund will be made within approximately 30 days. No refunds are possible for products received in conditions not complying with the return terms. We will make the refund in the same way of payment you use to make the order, or you can decide to make a change. In this case shipping costs are at our charge.
